If you are an iPhone or Android user, chances are you already have an Angry Birds app installed on it. As one of the most downloaded mobile video games of all time, Angry Birds has become so ubiquitous that it creators, Rovio Mobile, has put it available on another form like flip-flop sandals or lunchbox.

The concept of this game is simple. Players use slingshot and a red wingless bird as projectile weapon to shoot at pigs stationed on or within a various style of structure. It so simple that make me wonder why nobody ever thought about it (or maybe I have missed it ?). I guess it have been successful because the Angry Birds character itself. Put it on simple yet addictive gameplay and voila! You got the winning formula.

And that’s why it’s so hard to gunned it down from number one spot in app store chart.

It easy to assume you could do better when something obvious but attractive comes out. Or tell your friend you’re already had IT years before. But no matter what you think, the fact is you already left behind.

OK then. I guess I have to stop doodling and start drawing instead.

PS: If you still stuck with you’re Nokia’s feature phone, worry not. Angry Birds also available on Symbian platform, and you can downloaded for free at GetJar. Also, for the unfortunate people (me including) with crappy phone, I suggest you to go to http://chrome.angrybirds.com. That will do.

For every geeks out there who loves making lists of all things, this app maybe suits you. Listgeeks, a socially-oriented platform for creating, sharing and comparing lists of things, is live now on BETA mode.

I’m already sign-up and create my very first list: Internet Time Sinks (actually, it is created by other user, but you can modify it and publish it as yours). All of this is pretty basic, but it could be a potential recommending tools some time in the future.

There are some glitch, though. It took one day for them to send me a confirmation email to complete account registration. I suspect this happen as a results of people rushing in after reading Mashable articles. Nice problem for them to have, I guest.

If you a Mozilla user, don’t worry, Google Dictionary also available as an add-ons in Mozilla browser. For Internet Explorer devotee, sorry, but you’re out of luck. Go ahead, try it.

Update: It turns out, I can’t mark or copy the definition given on the pop-up box on Mozilla’s Google Dictionary add-ons. Pretty bummer

So one day I realize I need to step up my English by actually USING it. Blogging seems to be the natural way to practicing English because you can publish it quickly, building conversation with people around the world, and receive immediate feedback (read: comments) from the visitors. Hence my confidence will get nothing but better.

So, thats it. From now on you will understand where all of those typos, misspelling, and wrong grammar is come from. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong in the comment section, in English or Bahasa. I need it.

March 2, 2011 is just another Apple Inc. keynote event. Steve Jobs has just announced iPad 2, a recent upgrade of the original iPad. I’ll keep the imaginary product review for another day (imaginary, because I don’t have that kind of money to burn). But right now, I’m in a mood of making list. The list of 5 most memorable  Steve Jobs keynote ever done.

What is so interesting with Steve Jobs keynote, you might ask? Well, I develop a habit of watching (and downloading) his keynote on YouTube since 2008. At that time, a friend of mine show me a video about the history of iPod. In this video there is a footage of Steve Jobs unveiling the first iPod nano, amaze the audience by pulling it out from his denim jeans pocket like a highly competent magician pulling a rabbit from a Burlington hat. And I’m like “Who the hell is this guy? Held a product launch like some kind of Rolling Stone concert.” Apparently, he is THE Steve Jobs, Apple’s co-founder and CEO, the man who has shaped our digital lifestyle as it is today by creating influential Mac OS and iDevice. So, without further ado, here comes the list.

1. The Macintosh Ad introduction (1984) – Notable Moment: After rhetorically says ”Will the Big Blue (read: IBM) dominate the entire computer industry? Was George Orwell right about 1984 (referring to a novel about authoritarian government called Big Brother)?, Steve Jobs launch MacIntosh Ad, 1984, one of the most iconic Ads ever made.
2. The 1st Macbook Air introduction Part 1 & Part 2 (2008) – Notable Moment: Pulling a thin Air, out from a manila envelope, leave the audience hold their breath.
3. The 1st iPod nano introduction (2005) – Notable Moment: Yes, that one.
4. The Second Coming of Steve Jobs (1997) – Notable Moment: Surprising appearance of Bill Gates (well, virtually) accepting a partnership offer from Steve Jobs and jeers from the crowd.
5. The 1st iPhone introduction (2007) – Notable Moment: Steve Jobs made a prank call to a Starbucks costumer service.
